Registration include: Dinner, 2 drink tickets, & a raffle ticket

Parking Information: Street and Self-parking at Maple Street entrance is $5.00 and closes at 5:00 PM, with 4th Avenue Valet Parking at $12.00 including gratuity.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

**Cancellation must be made 72 HOURS prior to the event. No refunds will be made, if cancellation request is made within 72 hours.** If you’re unable to attend and would like to send an alternate person (MUST BE A MEMBER), please email to [email protected].

IMPORTANT!!! Registration from NON-MEMBERS will be refunded.
