Andrew’s presentation will cover an overview of the initiatives and challenges to deploying this mission-critical capability in support of our Special Operations Forces. Speaker Bio:
Andrew Cahill currently serves as the Director of C5ISR Systems at Naval Special Warfare Command. Based in San Diego, CA, he is responsible for capability development within his portfolio of Special Operations intelligence, communications, unmanned systems, electronic/information warfare, signals intelligence, counter-unmanned systems, artificial intelligence, and offensive/defensive cyber.
Mr. Cahill is a native of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, and is pursuing a Master’s in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Harvard Extension School. Before joining the civil service, he served in the special operations community as a Special Boat Operator, where he was a trailblazer for tactical unmanned systems.
