The NDIA Executive Forum will be HYBRID (in person and on Microsoft Teams). Visit requests must be submitted via DISS no later than 24 June 2022: NIWC Pacific SMO CODE: 660015-H. When submitting in DISS, please add a comment whether you have a CAC, DBIDS, or will be submitting SECNAV form 5512.

CACs and DBIDS are the only valid form of ID’s accepted by Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), Military ID (Retired or Dependent) are no longer valid forms of ID.
Anyone who does NOT have a CAC/DBIDS card must complete and submit the attached SECNAV 5512 to NIWC Pacific Badge Office no later than 24 June 2022 by COB.
Upon completion of the form, there are two ways to send it:

The badge office will forward the SECNAV 5512 to Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) Badge office for processing and approval. The NBPL process may take up to 15 days. Failure to send the SECNAV 5512 by 24 June MAY preclude participation in the in person event.
It is up to the guest to call the NIWC Pacific badge office to confirm if NBPL approved their SECNAV 5512 form. Once approved, the guest must first obtain their day pass from Bayside, Building 174 prior to receiving the NIWC PAC visitor badge. NIWC Pacific visitor badges can be picked up any time after 1400 on the day of the event.
