Mr. Matthew Rambo
PEO C4I Assistant PEO-Engineering (APEO-E)

Mr. Matthew Rambo is a NAVWAR 5.0 Office of the Chief Engineer employee embedded within PEO C4I as the Assistant Program Executive Officer for Engineering (APEO-E). He also serves as a Networks Technical Advisor for Project Overmatch and is a designated Technical Warrant Holder (TWH) for System of Systems Capability Integration. Mr. Rambo held previous roles in PMWs 160 and PMW 770 as an Assistant Program Manager for Engineering (APM-E) supporting a number of programs, projects and cross-PMW initiatives. Mr. Rambo received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the University of Texas in 2003 and a Joint Executive Systems Engineering Management Non-Resident Master’s Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in 2016. He has been in Government Service for 19 years, including positions in NAVWAR HQ as well as NIWC PAC. In 2014, Mr. Rambo earned the Meritorious Civilian Service Award from the Navy Air and Missile Defense Command (NAMDC), which included, “recognition and appreciation of Meritorious Service which has been of high value and benefit to the Navy,” in support of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT) efforts. More recently in 2020, Mr. Rambo was recognized as an ASN (RD&A) Dr. Delores M. Etter Top Scientists and Engineers Award individual winner, reflecting technical superiority, extraordinary achievements and significant Navy impacts critical to ensuring control in the Information Warfare Domain.
