NDIA San Diego Members,
NDIA National’s Strategy and Policy team has prepared the attached summaries of key FY27 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) provisions currently under consideration by the House and Senate Armed Services Committees. These summaries focus on topics affecting the defense industrial base, including acquisition reform, small business programs, supply chain security, advanced manufacturing, workforce development, maritime industrial base investments, and emerging technologies.
While the legislation must still complete the conference and final approval process, these summaries provide an early look at potential policy and regulatory changes that could impact defense contractors and industry partners.
